Terms of Service

Frutzco ("Frutzco", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at frutzco.com and the Frutzco mobile apps, selling fresh fruit, vegetables, juices and related groceries for delivery and pickup in Lebanon. Our base is on the Main Road in Adma, facing Kortbawi USJ. You can reach us at info@frutzco.com or +961 81 449 844. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Lebanese law to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information (including a valid phone number and delivery address) and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

We sell fresh, perishable produce. Because produce is natural, weight, size, colour and appearance vary between items and from any photographs shown, which are for illustration only. Weight-based items are charged by their actual weight at fulfilment and may differ slightly from the estimate shown when ordering. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we may offer a comparable substitute or remove it and refund the difference.

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms only when we confirm the order and begin preparing it for delivery or pickup. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or in the case of an obvious pricing or description error — and if you have already paid for a cancelled order we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in Lebanese Pounds (LBP). Card payments are processed in US Dollars (USD), converted from the LBP total at a reference exchange rate shown at checkout; small differences may arise from the rate or your bank. The full price you pay — including the delivery fee and any applicable charges — is always shown before you confirm and pay. Prices may change over time, but the total confirmed at checkout is the price for that order.

We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash on delivery, card on delivery, and the OMT and Whish wallets, as offered at checkout. Online card payments are processed by our payment provider, MontyPay, over a secure PCI-DSS-compliant connection. Frutzco does not collect or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We deliver within our published coverage area in Lebanon. Delivery options, timing, fees and conditions are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched, and you are protected if items arrive damaged, incorrect or missing. Full details — including timeframes and how refunds are issued — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes; not to submit false or fraudulent information, place fraudulent orders, or abuse promotions; and not to interfere with, probe, or attempt to breach the security or integrity of our platform.

All content on our platform — including text, images, logos, branding and design — belongs to Frutzco or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frutzco is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Lebanese law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, power or network outages, strikes, or government measures. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted; the date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts. Your mandatory rights under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005 remain unaffected.
