You can cancel your order free of charge, for any reason, at any time before we dispatch it — that is, before we have picked it and sent it out for delivery or pickup. If you have already paid, we refund you in full to your original payment method. To cancel, use the order screen in the app or contact us at info@frutzco.com or +961 81 449 844 as soon as possible.
Because we sell fresh, perishable food, we cannot accept "change of mind" returns once an order has been delivered, for health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, spoiled, incorrect or missing — see below.
We stand behind the quality of every order. If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, past its usable freshness, incorrect or missing, let us know within 24 hours of delivery — a photo helps us resolve it quickly. We will then, at your choice, refund that item, replace it on your next delivery, or add store credit to your account.
If we fail to deliver your order on the agreed date or within the agreed delivery window, you may choose to have it redelivered or to receive a refund, in line with your rights under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005.
We issue refunds to your original payment method wherever possible:
Store credit, where chosen, is added to your account and used automatically on your next order.
Need to add, remove or change items? Contact us before your order is dispatched and we will update it where we can.
Email info@frutzco.com or message us on WhatsApp at +961 81 449 844 within 24 hours of delivery for quality issues. Please include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item. We aim to respond quickly and to resolve every fair claim.
Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005, including your rights to a refund, replacement or repair for faulty goods.
