We currently deliver across the Keserwan caza in Lebanon — 4 towns and 6 compounds. Covered towns include: Adma, Tabarja, Sahel Alma, Kfar Hbab.

If your address falls just outside our current area, contact us — we are steadily expanding our coverage across Keserwan.
We offer three ways to receive your order, as available at checkout:
Order before 2 PM for same-day delivery, between 8 AM and 8 PM. All times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your area, the wave schedule and conditions on the day.
Delivery fees depend on your area and the option you choose, and the exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay. Scheduled (wave) delivery is free within our coverage area above the minimum order value; instant delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout; pickup is always free.
Please make sure you, or someone you trust, are available to receive your order during the delivery window, as it contains fresh, perishable items. We recommend refrigerating chilled produce promptly. Check your order on arrival so that any issue can be reported within the 24-hour window in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If we cannot reach you, or no one is available to receive the order, our driver will attempt to contact you and may wait briefly or re-attempt delivery. Because the goods are perishable, orders that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts may not be re-stocked. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to you or collected at pickup.
Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, traffic, road closures, or power and network outages. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and to deliver as soon as conditions allow.
