2. Services
Frutzco provides fresh produce delivery including online ordering, delivery to specified locations, B2B supply services, and promotional offers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services.
3. Account Registration
To place orders, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, update your info as needed, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Product availability may vary.
5. Payment
Payment is required at order placement or delivery. We accept various methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Accurate delivery information is required. Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Fees may apply based on location and order size.
7. Product Quality
We strive for the highest quality fresh produce. All products are perishable and subject to natural variation. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once delivered. Refunds or replacements are provided for damaged or incorrect items with photo evidence within 24 hours.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, provide false information, interfere with our services, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Frutzco and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Frutzco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Frutzco harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or use of our services.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lebanon.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
