Mint Lemonade, the Right Way
No blender. No ice cream. Just lemons.
Everyone in Lebanon serves mint lemonade. Most of them make it wrong. They throw everything in a blender — ice, sugar, mint, lemon — and end up with a frothy, bitter mess.
Jeddo's version is different. You muddle the mint gently, just enough to release the oils. You squeeze the lemons by hand. The result is clear, bright, and clean. You taste lemon first, then mint arrives as a whisper.
This makes one large pitcher — enough for a family lunch on the balcony.
